Jacques Cartier Bridge | Partial closure of the multipurpose path, on November 17, from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m.

The Jacques Cartier and Champlain Bridges Incorporated (JCCBI) wishes to advise active mobility users that work is required to restore the bridge’s illumination system. This work will involve a partial closure of the multifunctional path:

From Sunday, November 17, 10 p.m. to Monday, November 18, 5 a.m. :

  • Closure of the multipurpose path between Montreal and the Pavillon de l’île Sainte-Hélène.
  • From Montreal: users are invited to take the sidewalk from Montreal to the Pavillon de l’île Sainte-Hélène, then the tunnel under the lanes to get to the multipurpose path and continue on the path toward Longueuil.
  • From Longueuil: users are invited to take the multipurpose path to the Pavillon de l’île Sainte-Hélène, then the tunnel under the lanes to the sidewalk and continue on the sidewalk toward Montreal.
  • The entire length of the sidewalk remains open to pedestrians.
