Located on the downstream side of the Jacques Cartier Bridge, the sidewalk stretches over 2.7 km and has an incredible view of the east side of the city and the Port of Montreal. Enhance your excursion through the pedestrian crossing of the Île Sainte-Hélène pavilion, where a large mural takes you on a quick trip back in time.
The sidewalk is closed for 2026 due to construction work at the île Sainte-Hélène Pavilon
Pedestrians are invited to use the multipurpose path to cross the bridge or to reach Île Sainte-Hélène.
At all times, JCCBI invites pedestrians and cyclists to be cautious and courteous on the paths and follow all safety instructions.
