JCCBI would like to inform active mobility users that the rest area of the Estacade bicycle path, located on the Île des Soeurs side, will be permanently closed to pedestrians and cyclists from September 18 at 7 a.m. in order to carry out new developments as part of the Héritage Champlain project.
