• Closure of 2 lanes out of 3 toward Samuel De Champlain Bridge, between Wellington St. and Victoria Bridge
• Exit 2 of the Expy. toward Samuel De Champlain Bridge remains open
• Demolition of the median barrier to reconfigure the lanes
