Today the Honourable Dominic LeBlanc, Minister of Intergovernmental Affairs, Infrastructure and Communities, announced the reappointment of Catherine Lavoie as Chair of JCCBI’s Board of Directors for a period of four years.

An engineer by training, Ms. Lavoie has nearly 20 years of senior-level experience with companies and associations in the field of concrete and asphalt. She is currently the President and CEO of the Centre for Expertise and Research in Urban Infrastructure (CERIU). Ms. Lavoie directs and coordinates all activities of this non-profit organization to help municipalities rehabilitate their infrastructure and make it last.

She has served on JCCBI’s Board of Directors since June 22, 2017 and was appointed Chair of the Board on December 18, 2020.

The JCCBI team is pleased with this reappointment and congratulates Mrs. Lavoie.
