PJCCI is looking for an intern for the Procurement department. This internship offers you the opportunity to develop practical public procurement skills within a structured professional environment by contributing to projects that have a concrete impact on the services provided to citizens.

Your main responsibilities as an intern
As an intern, the person holding this position will report directly to the Procurement Advisor, and be expected to do the following tasks:
- Support the team in carrying out administrative and operational tasks, particularly with regards to developing and updating performance metrics;
- Help ensure that procurement files are in compliance;
- Help with data collection, validation and analysis;
- Help prepare documents (reports, presentations, tracking tables);
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and tools;
- Provide support for ongoing projects, according to management priorities;
- Any other related tasks.
Experience and education
- University student enrolled in a relevant field (procurement, operations management, administration, supply chain management or a related field);
- Strong interest in public procurement and its regulatory framework;
- Knowledge of Office Suite Microsoft 365 and Adobe Pro;
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in both official languages.
