Dear Neighbour,

The Jacques Cartier and Champlain Bridges Incorporated (JCCBI) would like to inform you that it will be conducting priority work to reinforce a component of the steel structure of the Jacques Cartier Bridge near Falardeau Street, which could have local impacts on Tuesday, April 3 from 7:00 p.m. to 3:00 a.m.

Since this work will have a local impact, JCCBI has set requirements to minimize noise:

• Use of a boom lift with a white-noise alarm.
• Installation of a screen around the boom lift.
• Containment of noisy equipment in a closed trailer.
• Use of plastic soft-face hammers.

Note that this work could be postponed to a later date because of unsuitable weather conditions.
