Night closure of two Honoré Mercier Bridge off-ramps on September 20 and 21

The Jacques Cartier and Champlain Bridges Incorporated (JCCBI) wishes to advise road users that two off-ramps of the Honoré Mercier Bridge toward the South Shore will be closed during the nights of September 20 and 21 for the installation of overhead signs and signal structures. Detours via the local network will be set up.

 

Closure on Wednesday, September 20

  • Complete closure of the off-ramp from the Honoré Mercier Bridge to Hwy. 138 West toward Châteauguay, between 9:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m.
  • Detour via the off-ramp from the Honoré Mercier Bridge to Hwy. 132 East.
  • The on-ramps from R-132 West and R-138 East to the Honoré Mercier Bridge towards Montreal will remain opened.

Closure on Thursday, September 21

  • Closure of the off-ramp from the Honoré Mercier Bridge to Hwy. 132 East toward La Prairie, between 10:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m.
  • Detour via the off-ramp from the Honoré Mercier Bridge to Hwy. 138 West.
  • The on-ramps from R-132 West and R-138 East to the Honoré Mercier Bridge towards Montreal will remain opened.

 

These closures are required to ensure user and worker safety during the work.
